Take the time to learn about the Software and how to use it!
You need to let a stream buffer for at least 5 minutes to know anything AND 10 minutes to know anything for sure.
ST connected but no picture? Re-install Windows Media Player or Windows 7 Fix Even if it says you have the latest version. This really helps!
Be sure your PC's date and time are correct.
For most streams Internet Explorer, or FireFox is recommended. (solves most problems)
Sometimes you need to refresh the web page by hitting ctrl+F5 or close and reopen your browser. ie: Firefox, IE.
ST FireFox Users: You may need to associate Streamtorrent.exe with st://... - More Info, near the bottom.
ST Chrome Users: You may need to manually add channels to your ST channel list. -See the ST Guide for more info.
For ST streams: try opening ST, then delete the channel/all channels from your ST channel list- then close ST in the tasktray- then re-click the link.

Sometimes the software needs to be uninstalled and reinstalled.

How to use VLC to watch a Stream

Download VLC at Previous versions ...or... New Version 2.1 - VideoLan.org and install it.
You cannot use VLC to watch a stream unless it is already playing in StreamTorrent
Open the main StreamTorrent application window. Start and Lock the channel you wish to watch. Then... once the stream has buffered & is playing, right click on the streaming player window, go to "Properties" and copy the .asf link you find.
In VLC, go to "File" and open a network stream.
In the HTTP/https/FTP/MMS box, paste in the asf link.
Click on "OK" and sit back and watch in VLC. Close the StreamTorrent player window, but DO NOT close out of the application, for this closes the stream. (Side note: The asf link will change for each stream. Usually the last number is what changes.)
Remember to Unlock the channel when you are done watching your stream.
Record with VLC! Click Here!

Manchester United v Bayern Munich: David Moyes says Red Devils are as good as anyone

Manager David Moyes says he has great belief in the Manchester United players and is looking forward to meeting Pep Guardiola in the Champions League quarter-final

David Moyes says Manchester United should consider themselves on a level playing field as Champions League quarter-final opponents Bayern Munich.

The manager has been criticised recently for suggesting Liverpool and Manchester City were favourites for their matches, but he was in tubthumping mood before the home game with the European champions on Tuesday night.

"We know that on our day we're as good a side as any but we have to show it more often," Moyes said.

"I've got great belief in the players and I've said that from day one - that hasn't changed. I get the feeling the players all want to play, I can tell that from their attitude in training.

"They all want to play in the big games, that's what the players here have wanted to do over the years."

United, seventh in the Premier League, are the longest odds they have ever been for a match at Old Trafford, but Moyes says he has no fear of facing Pep Guardiola in the opposite dugout.

"I'm really looking forward to coming up against him," Moyes said. "I've no doubt I'll be doing it plenty of times in the future."

Asked why Guardiola has had so much more success, having already won the Bundesliga title, he said: "He had a year to get himself ready for the Bayern job."

Sitting alongside Moyes at the official press conference, Ryan Giggs took up the theme. "As players, we don't see ourselves as underdogs," the player-coach said. "We see ourselves as Manchester United, playing in the Champions League. It's two huge clubs, two great histories, two teams who play football the right way."

Moyes has injury problems in his backline with full-backs Rafael and Alexander Buttner now doubtful to feature while Rio Ferdinand, Chris Smalling and Jonny Evans work their way back to full fitness. "We have defensive issues undoubtedly so we will have to make one or two changes."

Shinji Kagawa, who has played Bayern Munich four times, winning all four, could retain his place in the side having started against Aston Villa on Saturday. "It's something we seriously consider. He is in our thoughts for tomorrow," said Moyes.

Moyes added that a degree of caution is required in the first leg. "We have to make sure both games are important but we'd love to go to Germany with a win under our belt."

West Ham United manager Sam Allardyce is confident he has the backing of the majority of the club's fans ahead of the trip to Sunderland on Monday.

Despite guiding his men to a 2-1 victory Allardyce was bemused by some of the crowd's boos at the end of their Barclays Premier League home match with Hull City. A Mark Noble penalty and a James Chester own goal ensured the London club secured all three points after Hull goalkeeper Allan McGregor was sent off in the 24th minute, but the performance dissatisfied some of the club's supporters.

"Like everything else, it's a small minority but small minorities are good at voicing their opinion, we all know that," Allardyce said. "It was all borne out of frustration because they expected us to win more comfortably than we did.

"In the cold light of day, everyone realised how important that win was and everybody has got to realise what we have done in the last eight games - we've got 15 points in those eight games and that is about a top-six finish in the Premier League, or at least a top-eight [finish].

"The frustration was understandable because when people see you are playing against 10 men, they think it's easier. We know as professionals that it's not that easy and that proved to be the case. The most important thing was to win the game, acquire the three points and try to push on from here."

For hosts Sunderland, who won this fixture 3-0 last season, the sole focus will be on picking up the three points once again. Gus Poyet's charges still languish in the bottom three, but will have matches in hand on every other team in the top flight at kick-off.

Having failed to win any of their last six matches in all competitions, midfielder Ki Sung-Yueng, on loan from Swansea City, is under no illusions as to the importance of Monday's fixture.

"We're all aware of what we need to do in the next game - it's crucial," he told Sunderlands website. "If we get three points from that one it could see us move up the table and close the gap.

"We're the home team and West Ham are coming to play us; we need to match them and take the game to them to make sure we take something from it."

Sunderland will be without striker Steven Fletcher (ankle) again, while Keiren Westwood remains on the sidelines with a shoulder injury, but on-loan forward Fabio Borini is back in contention after missing the 2-1 defeat to parent club Liverpool in midweek.

James Collins (calf) is definitely out for West Ham, but fellow centre-back James Tomkins could be involved despite a knock.

I expect a veery tight very tactical match with few goals if any!
Nice test of the very likely decisive game of La Liga between #2 and #1 on may 18.
4th match between these two this season. Barcelona won the Spanish supercup in August 2013 after 2 draws only because of the away goal. The 1st league match in Madrid ended goalless too. Of the 10 league matches between 2008 and 2013 Barça won 8, but that's history.

Premier League Run-In - Who will win?

So we're down to the last few games. In an interesting twist, Chelsea losing and Man City drawing means that if either Manchester City or Liverpool win all of their remaining games, they win the league. Chelsea will still have a say since they play Liverpool. Assuming they win their other games, Liverpool must beat City, but their two remaining 'hard' games are at home - City's are away, with the other being a visit to Goodison.

Many predicted City and Chelsea would slug this one out - no-one predicted Liverpool would be there at this stage. Maybe we should have seen it coming - the derby at Anfield is the only time a team has come close to blowing us away, yet alone achieved it. It was in the air at Anfield then - and I wouldn't bet against them going all the way.

No-one predicted Arsenal would be top of the league for most of the season - most predicted their subsequent loss of form. :D

Martinez told Everton he would get them in the Champion's League. For the first half of the season, it looked good - it even looked possible we could be in the title hunt ourselves for a bit. But we were expected to slip off the pace, and we did. But here we are, 6 games to go, and just like the two of the title contenders, if we win our remaining games, we will finish at least fourth. Arsenal, of course, can say the same thing.

It's easy to assume that each of these teams will win their 'easy' games. But this is the Premier League - there are no easy games. (well except for the top three when they play Arsenal :D) Arsenal have a derby with West Ham. Liverpool travel there next week. City have to travel away to a now very hard to beat Crystal Palace (just ask Jose). They have also lost away to a relegation candidate already this season (Cardiff). Liverpool must travel to Palace as well, not to mention Norwich who can also get surprising results against big teams at home. Chelsea travel away to Swansea and Cardiff - arguably the easiest of the run ins, but they do have the Champion's League to distract them. City and Liverpool only have the league left to worry about..

Who will win? Mathematically Everton could still win the title. :D if that happens i'll get 'Roberto Martinez is a God' tattooed on my chest.

I quite fancy Liverpool - although they might need a little help from us as we snag fourth place and beat City at Goodison. Can't see them winning all of their remaining games - there's at least a draw in there somewhere.

Aguero's potential return could also prove key. And who knows.. maybe Torres will finally find some of that form. It could happen.. honest guv!

Barca will host Atletico Madrid and Man Utd play their home game against Bayern Munchen. Besides that there's also the Asian CL and Asian Cup, some League games and Futsal. Have fun!!!
