flash streaming question!

hey wassap you guys! i have a aver media hd recorder that i use for watching tv on my computer and for streaming. when i open up adobe flash and i choose the aver media option, for a quick second my tv shows up in the preview box but after that it goes away and its blank! i was wondering if someone can help me with that. When i open up the tv in the aver media player it shows up perfectly fine.
