Connected to 0 streams

I've used Acestream before. The same channels that worked for me before aren't working anymore and no matter the channel I keep getting 0 peers. This is on my Desktop after I just installed Acestream. Tried changin ports, port forwarding etc. I'm using Windows 8.1.

On my laptop, IT WORKS. No problem whatsoever. I've tried using the same exact configuration on both, but nope.

I've tried a whole shitload of different things and now I'm at a stand still, without knowing what to do. Plz Help haha.
