It's League Cup time again!
As usual there won't be many games available on tv, so there is unlikely to be any streams for those games that's aren't live on tv somewhere. The only games with confirmed coverage are:
Tuesday 27th August
Burton Albion FC vs. Fulham FC
Liverpool FC vs. Notts County
Wednesday 28th August
Morecambe vs. Newcastle United
Aston Villa vs. Rotherham United
Everton FC vs. Stevenage Borough FC

There may be radio available for other games, but please don't create a thread just to ask for links. If you want to talk about the games, you can use this thread, or if you want to create one then make sure to add [Not on TV] in the thread title.
