Sopcast Stream Help with VDS

Hello guys, i have a question.

Can i Help my Broadcast (i have 10Mb Upload), with a VDS? it have low CPU but, 1000Mb upload unlimited.

The Stream is with 800K, and guys with low Upload Rate will see the stream... maybe 100-200 Peopels...
