White page in Windows 8, audio ok.

Hello, I have a laptop with windows 8. I open Sopcast regularly, I see the channel list but the window on the right where I'm supposed to see the video is all white, you do not even see the buttons play, stop etc.. Audio is ok. I installed VLC, direct X and various codecs, but I have not solved. Here attached the screenshot. Can anyone help me please?
