Sopcast Server Buffering 5%

I have a problem with the broadcast.
If I broadcast (server) Start, buffering only 5%.
After some time, buffering 0%. I was banned?
I started following the instructions for the VLC server.
I have ipv6, but it worked 2 weeks

its not work since 3-4 Days. On Saturday is a Derby Match in Turkisch Super Lig, i ll broadcasting it for friends...

i wait 20-30 Seconds and than is the server buffering 0% Whats the problem? i dont see the Channel on Sopcast MySop pages "Live" its OnLine only...

i dont know :(
