When Flash Video streams do not work:

Flash video links should work normally nearly all the time; you should not have to do the fixes that follow every time you try to watch a game.

If you encounter streaming problems,

  • ctrl+F5 -- Whenever you get an error message trying to stream the game video, first try the ctrl+F5 trick to fully re-load the page. If that fails,
  • Make sure your video player is up to date. If you need to update the Adobe Flash Player, do it only through the Adobe website.
  • Delete your cache and cookies and re-try.
  • Close out all video player windows and restart your computer. Now try to stream the video.
  • Flush DNS and renew IP configuration.

Oftentimes, clearing your browsing data can fix browsing issues you encounter.

To clear your cache and cookies (Chrome, etc):
1. Click the Chrome menu on the browser toolbar.
2. Select More tools.
3. Select Clear browsing data.
4. In the dialog that appears, select the check boxes for the types of information that you want to remove.
5. Use the menu at the top to select the amount of data that you want to delete. Select beginning of time to delete everything.
6. Click Clear browsing data.

Firefox- "Clear Recent History" can be found in History or Tools. Use menu to select types of data to be deleted. Select beginning of time to delete everything.
IE- "Delete Temporary Internet Flies" and "Delete Cookies" can be found in Tools > Internet Options > General tab .... or Windows Control Panel > Internet Options.

If the problem remains unsolved... these are the additional steps to follow:

If you are running into a lot of “Page Not Found” errors and you know you are connected to the internet,
try flushing your DNS cache to have your computer request new information.

1) Hit Windows button and "R" (or right click on the Windows icon and click on "Run"
A "Run" box opens;
2) At "open", type "cmd" and click "ok."
3) At "C:\Users\Owner>" (or whatever shows up), type "ipconfig /flushdns" (NOTE: Make sure you have a space between ipconfig and the forward slash.) - hit ENTER

You will get this message:

Windows IP Configuration
Successfully Flushed the DNS Resolver Cache

Close the Command Prompt by typing "exit" and pressing enter.

There's also another set of commands to help with connection issues, if needed:

Run > cmd > ipconfig /release (NOTE: Make sure you have a space between ipconfig and the forward slash.) .... hit ENTER
wait for confirmation... then
Run > cmd > ipconfig /renew (NOTE: Make sure you have a space between ipconfig and the forward slash.) .... hit ENTER
wait for confirmation... This resets your ip configuration.

Close the Command Prompt by typing "exit" and pressing enter.
