I'm trying to figure out the best way to watch the NFL without cable TV. I found this site today and have been trying several options. The "flash" links don't work for me in that every 4 or 5 minutes, they stop. I have to constantly re-load the page and then it works for a few minutes and dies again. I tried many different links - Eurosport 2 UK, Cricfree, streamking, wiznet - all do the same exact thing. They work for a few minutes and then stop. So then I tried to use Sopcast (while i do have Crossover, I downloaded the regular one for the Mac). but neither of the 2 listed streams worked. I got a message saying the feeds were closed. I tried clicking directly from this website and tried pasting in the url with the same result. I opted against AceStreams because of the security concerns people spoke about.
So, does Sopcast not work? Moments ago, I did read in the Sopcast Forum that they don't broadcast NFL anymore (or that they get yanked after 10 mins), so, I guess that's not an option?
Some more of my deal - I'm on a mac, using Mavericks 10.9.4. I'm trying to beam whatever stream I get to my HDTV using an AppleTV and Airplay. I went through the whole rigamarole of using plex with the appleTV, but, I couldn't really find any good options there either.
Is it hopeless to want to watch the NFL without cable? Say it ain't so! So much technology in 2014! Any info appreciated! :d
