Can someone explain why it keeps buffering please..?

I have a decent computer and fibreoptic broadband.

Its not even a demanding stream that im on (sky sports 950kbs ).

DL: 412-600
UL: 700-750
Helping: 50

Im like 8 minutes behind the live feed.

But it still buffers..

Infuriating to say the least.
