I'm looking for streams for the South African TV networks, so I portscanned the IP addresses,of their main signal distributor, to see if they have any media stream ports open, and I appear to have hit gold, and the jackpot, but I am unable to open them, and I think it's because I need the directory structure, of the server first.

I know that 1755 is an MMS video port, however when I open it in VLC using mms://xxx.xxx.xxx:1755, VLC throws me an error saying it can't open the file, even it if it was encrypted (Something I'm sure will be), at least it would throw up a username, and password, which makes me think I need to get the right structure.
I apologize, if it's in the wrong category, and if this shouldn't be on Wiziwig, then can an admin team member PM me, and we can sort it there, because I'm desperate now.
