When watching streams it is becoming really noticeable that it is a stream, it's hard to explain but the movement doesn't sm to be quite as smooth as it should on my pc, on my dads laptop which is lower spec it looks a lot better, I have played around with the resolution and settings but it still doesn't seem right and it is worse when connected to my 40 inch tv via hdmi.
This isn't restricted to sports strams either, I watch things on plex on my ipad and it looks amazing, the same stream on my pc looks as i tried to explain above, I recently used a VPN to sub to BEin sports and again on my ipad it looks amazing but on my pc you really notice that you are watching a stream.
So my question is this, do you think that it's my graphics card that is causing the picture issues?
My spec is here: AMD phenom 9650 processor quad core, 2.3 ghz, 4gb ram, 32 bit, windows 7 ultimate
Graphics card, ATI Radeon HD 4300-4500 series.
Should I buy a new one and if so, which one is best to buy for watching HD streams, netfilx, plex, bein sports etc. It doesn't have to play games but if it did then great, any decent budget cards that you recommend and do you think that this is even the problem?
