So...I was on 4chan, and people kept bashing sopcast for being very unsafe because our ip's are recorded and tracked. Is this true? Is it just safer to watch a stream from a dedicated site rather than from a program like sopcast/acestream/etc. ?? (Is there a way to make my ip not public?)
