Will Comcast choke my bandwidth if I use AceStream?

Hi. I've been giving serious consideration toward watching some of the AceStreams. But, here's the complication. I'm aware that AceStream is a type of p2p software, and I have a bit of a thing against downloading torrents, simply because Comcast now sends us e-mails if it detects that I've downloaded a torrent.

Does anyone here ever get those messages? Also, if I look at something on AceStream, do I run the risk of receiving one of them? At the very least, will Comcast detect it and react accordingly by choking my bandwidth?
