black videoplayer box

I'm new and desperate for help please.
I'm viewing crickfree via wiziwig on a Bauhn tablet.
I have the streaming working fine but there is a black video player box covering the top right quarter of the streaming image.
Does anyone have experience with this and know how to remove it, please?
