It's about time the fa done something for the sake of home based players. I'm not totally in agreement with everything, and the planning is in it's early stages. There's a hell of a lot of re-planning and tweaking with this plan.
I've said for years that we should follow continental sides, and introduce 'B' teams and encourage home grown talent and hopefully improve our spineless national side.
I don't know what anyone else thinks. but Gregg Dyke is the first person from the fa, I can think of in my lifetime, that talks any common sense.
