Help! i have many qustion with broadcast in acestream

first,how can i stable the content id.
beacuse my ip address will change every 48 hours.

and i have 20MBPS upload bandwidth , use what bitrate is good?

and only vlc player can trandscode stream?i have a hdmi capture card,vlc cant support hdmi audio or i dont have right config?
