Error. Cannot connect to engine. Check if engine installed.

Hi guys, I've been using ACE Stream for ages and love it but I recently upgraded to BT infinity broadband an I re-formatted my PC and installed Windows 7 so I need to start all over again.

I've installed the software but when I click the streams as I did before, the player loads but I get the following message…

Error Cannot connect to engine. Check if engine installed.

I've looked over the forums at suggestions, I've turned firewall and any anti-virus off, I've installed VLC and a codec pack but still no luck.

Any suggestions?
