Could you please help me with this stream

Hey

i have a stream-link but i can't play it. The stream-link looks like that:
rtmp://blablabla.to/1936/live/blablabla

I have rtmpdump and i tried that but without success:
rtmpdump.exe -v -r "rtmp://blablabla.to:1936/live/blablabla" -a "live" -o- | "C:\Program Files\VideoLAN\VLC\vlc.exe" -

Could somebody tell me how i can change the link, so it will work?
I don't know but i think that maybe the link is fragmentary...

btw: i don't know how to do an attachment so i always have written blabla
