Help Required

I formatted my pc yesterday, a couple of problems after the install again of windows 7, all drivers said to be up to date, sound coming from my monitor, but i don't have any coming from the audio jack. There's also a problem when i put a cd in to play, unresponsive. Any help appreciated.

PS, any driver downloads or sites need to be official, or ones where not any ad-ons involved. Cheers.;)
