Hull City: FA set to reject name change to Hull Tigers
The Football Association has been advised by its membership committee to reject Hull City's application to change their name to Hull Tigers.
The Premier League club had formally applied to rebrand themselves from next season, a move that has upset some supporters.
Hull owner Assem Allam has threatened to sell the club if the application is refused.
A final decision will be taken by the FA council at a meeting on 9 April.
