AceStream Prebuffering 0%

I have tried the port forwarding solution and it doesn't seem to work at night. I have had AceStream running Football torrents recently not all though only a set few. Just wondering any way around this Prebuffering problem

My connection is 16Mbps download speed right now because I'm upstairs and my router is quite weak! but downstairs I get around 30-35 all day so Its not my Internet.

Any help really want to watch the Bruins game tonight in better quality.
