Midfielder Jonjo Shelvey will miss Swansea's Europa League last-32 trip to Napoli after picking up a hamstring injury in Sunday's defeat to Liverpool.
Striker Michu is still missing as he continues his recovery from an ankle injury sustained in December.
Pepe Reina, on loan from Liverpool, will deputise for Napoli goalkeeper Rafael Cabral who was injured in the 0-0 first-leg draw in south Wales.
Striker Gonzalo Higuain is fit for Rafael Benitez's side.
The Argentina international, bought from Real Madrid for £34.5m in the summer, has scored 17 goals in 30 appearances since arriving in Naples.
With Slovakian playmaker Marek Hamsik also set for a starting role, Napoli have plenty of attacking options, but Swansea skipper Ashley Williams says his side must try to impose themselves on the Italians.
"We need to play our game and stamp our authority although we know we've got to be a little bit cautious away," he said.
"We didn't score against Napoli at home. But it wasn't the fact we didn't create anything at home, we just couldn't get the ball in the net for whatever reason.
"We know we can score goals, we've been attacking very well in the last few weeks. We're getting more players forward now with width and we're confident."
After a run of seven matches without a goal, Swans' striker Wilfried Bony has scored nine goals in his last 11. Williams believes that his all-round game will pose problems for any defences.
"It is not just his goals, during the last few weeks I have really felt sorry for the opposition defenders as he has been unplayable," Williams added.
"He's got to be the strongest player in the league, but his touch, his awareness has been excellent too. He is on fire at the moment."
Benitez, who led Chelsea to the Europa League last season as well as famously lifting the Champions League with Liverpool in 2005, is wary of what counterpart Garry Monk's side are capable of.
"Swansea did a great job against us as well as against Liverpool at the weekend," he said.
"We have to be ready, we need to be clinical in attack and strong in defence. We need to impose our game.'
Napoli overcame Premier League Arsenal 2-0 at the Stadio San Paolo in the group stages of the Champions League earlier this season, while their only encounter with Welsh opposition occurred during the 1962-63 Cup Winners Cup when they defeated Bangor City 3-1.
The winners of the last-32 tie between Porto and Eintracht Frankfurt, which is 2-2 after the first leg, will play either Swansea or Napoli in the next round.
