FA Cup fifth round

Venue: Amex Stadium, Brighton Date: Monday, 17 February Kick-off: 1945 GMT

Brighton host Hull City in the fifth round of the FA Cup on Monday night, with a home tie against Sunderland awaiting the winner.

The Championship outfit come into the game on the back of consecutive 1-0 league wins against Doncaster and Leeds respectively, a result which they have achieved in their last four outings at home.

Meanwhile, Hull are looking to bounce back from Tuesday night's 1-0 defeat at home to Southampton as they eye a quarter-final meeting with Steve Bruce's former side.

Oscar Garcia's men have already seen off Reading and Port Vale in this season's competition, but they could face a sterner test against top-flight opposition.

The Tigers have enjoyed a relatively straightforward path into the fifth round, beating both Southend United and Middlesbrough 2-0 away from home and they are hoping to make the last eight of the competition for the first time in five years.

Hull have not won at Brighton since 1965 and they suffered a 1-0 defeat on their last visit to the Amex Stadium in February last year.
